Program Description
Chance Rehabilitation Center (CRC) follows a four-phase system approach for rehabilitation (clinical, group, work study & independent living). At CRC, our trained staff offers 24-hour care, as well as, personal, social and vocational development, to assist the individual to live independently in society and interact responsibly with family members and others.
Residential Facilities (Clinical& Group)
We offer closed facilities in a family-like atmosphere and stable living arrangements, while clients learn to manage symptoms, build skills and develop relationships. Along with medication compliance, treatment includes individual and group psychotherapy, vocational/educational counseling and support, detoxification and counseling for co-occurring addictions and intense, professional clinical care provided daily on the premises and offsite. Length of stay varies.
Chance Agro Project (Work Study)
Approved clients participate in daily work programs within our Cottage Industries, while living on the farm and working with one of our daily work crews. Employment Training is imperative to the individual’s growth and recovery. Our work program is designed for residents to build meaningful life long skills, gain confidence and foster a supportive team environment.
Rock Spring Project* (Independent Living)
Our “Day Program” offers life skills and vocational training Monday – Friday, to approved chnace rehabilittion center and clients living independently. The day program goal is to assist individuals with daily life skills training, vocational skills and group interaction. The program consists of high school diploma, computer training, agriculture training and more.
Infirmary & Medical Clinic
Our Infirmary Services provide urgent care to current clients in need of extra monitoring due to complications with medical compliance, and a Resident Doctor serves clients monthly general medical needs, in our onsite Medical Facility.
